Key Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Schedule and facilitate interview panels and assessments
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee data in HR systems
- Support onboarding, including new hire paperwork, HRIS entry, and orientation sessions
- Assist with bi-monthly new hire welcome events
- Organize personnel files, action forms, and HR invoices
- Handle employment verifications and compliance requirements
- Partner with managers to create and update job descriptions and postings
- Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Familiarity with HR processes including onboarding and recruiting
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Contract Details
- Contract length: 3+ months with potential for extension
- Work Environment: 100% onsite to start, with hybrid flexibility (in-office at least once per week after training)
