We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The primary focus of this role is recruitment and providing support to the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment (Primary Focus): Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms; screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and assist in candidate communications.
- Support hiring managers with scheduling, follow-ups, and onboarding.
- Performance Management & Employee Support: Track and organize performance reviews and deadlines; assist with employee recognition initiatives and engagement activities.
- Internal Communications: Draft and distribute the company newsletter and announcements; coordinate company-wide updates and events.
- Administrative & Compliance: Maintain and update employee records and HR files with accuracy and confidentiality; assist with compliance documentation and reporting requirements; support HR leadership with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR/recruiting software (preferred).
Schedule & Hours
Part-time; 3 days a week in office (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
