Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The primary focus of this role is recruiting and supportive role to the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment (Primary Focus):
    • Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms.
    • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and assist in candidate communications.
    • Support hiring managers with scheduling, follow-ups, and onboarding.
  • Performance Management & Employee Support:
    • Track and organize performance reviews and deadlines.
    • Assist with employee recognition initiatives and engagement activities.
  • Internal Communications:
    • Draft and distribute the company newsletter and announcements.
    • Support the coordination of company-wide updates and events.
  • Administrative & Compliance:
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR files with accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Assist with compliance documentation and reporting requirements.
    • Support HR leadership with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR/recruiting software (preferred)

Schedule & Hours:

  • Part-time; 3 days a week in office. (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
