Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The primary focus of this role is recruiting and supportive role to the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Primary Focus):
Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms.
Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and assist in candidate communications.
Support hiring managers with scheduling, follow-ups, and onboarding.
Performance Management & Employee Support:
Track and organize performance reviews and deadlines.
Assist with employee recognition initiatives and engagement activities.
Internal Communications:
Draft and distribute the company newsletter and announcements.
Support the coordination of company-wide updates and events.
Administrative & Compliance:
Maintain and update employee records and HR files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with compliance documentation and reporting requirements.
Support HR leadership with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR/recruiting software (preferred)
Schedule & Hours:
Part-time; 3 days a week in office. (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
