Overview

Our client, a leading, global real estate developer, manager and investor, is hiring an HR Director for their property management side of the business. The role will support ~1k union/non-union employees in NYC in engineering, security, cleaning, property management, etc., while having strong exposure to the corporate side of the business. The role will be well rounded HRBP in nature, with a significant focus in ER.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership and partnership across property management and corporate populations; serve as HRBP for engineering, security, cleaning, property management teams.
• Support both union and non-union employee populations with effective employee relations management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HR programs and processes in the NYC market.

Qualifications

• Meaningful HR experience in relevant environments, including solid union experience, strong ER experience.
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred, not required.
• Ability to operate with comfort and confidence across property and corporate/executive populations and stakeholders.
• In-office work model: 5 days in Midtown Manhattan.
