Overview

Our client, a premier global law firm, is hiring an HR Projects/Process Manager. This role will join a team of HRBPs supporting attorneys to project manage core HR processes including performance, talent reviews and compensation, as well as ad hoc HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Project manage core HR processes including performance reviews, talent reviews and compensation.
• Support attorneys as part of a team of HR Business Partners on HR initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Apply data analysis to interpret HR metrics and inform decision making.

Qualifications

• Strong HR projects/process management experience.
• Either prior generalist/HRBP experience or a broad understanding of the full range of talent processes.
• Ability to use and interpret data.
• Financial/professional services experience preferred.
• Location: 4 days in-office in Midtown NYC.
