Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent" for the job.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to understand client staffing needs and deliver appropriate talent solutions.
• Support HRIS implementation and administration, including integrations with other systems.
• Assist with HR analytics using Excel and Tableau to inform talent decisions.
• Perform data mining and complex analytics in Excel to extract insights for workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Technical background with at least 3 years of HR experience.
• HRIS professional with knowledge of implementing and administering highly complex systems and integrations.
• HR analytics in Tableau or Excel
• Complex analytics in Excel and perform data mining.
