Responsibilities

  • Administering and processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintaining and updating HR databases, ensuring that all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Providing support in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinating HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the HR department.
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Utilizing ADP software for various HR-related tasks.
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance department as needed.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR/Admin role, preferably in the Accounting + Finance industry.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and scanning payroll.
  • Familiarity with ADP software is a must.
  • A bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
