Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Engage with Guests: Engage in friendly conversations, make eye contact, and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Efficient Transactions: Scan items, process sales efficiently, and handle monetary transactions carefully.
• Bagging with Care: Bag items thoughtfully to maintain product condition.
• Stay Informed: Know current promotions to assist guests effectively.
• Maintain Order: Keep your register area neat and stocked.
• Communication: Relay guest requests to leadership to ensure satisfaction.
• Quality Standards: Meet quality and quantity standards, especially during peak times at 10 am and 5 pm.
• Teamwork: Support team needs as necessary.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and provide notice for absences.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage and serve guests effectively.
• Retail Experience: Experience with transactions and handling cash/media.
• Communication: Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Accuracy: Precise reading, counting, and writing skills.
• Equipment Operation: Ability to operate necessary equipment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The physical demands include standing for long periods, walking, bending, and lifting, with accommodations available for disabilities.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift merchandise as needed.
• Work hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Schedule:

The position offers flexible part-time and full-time hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
