Are you looking for a role in a helpful, fun, and guest-focused environment? We are seeking Cashiers to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers (which we refer to as guests). As a key part of our retail experience, you'll ensure every shopper leaves eager to return.

Providing excellent guest service is our core. Whether greeting, answering questions, or addressing concerns, you'll handle each interaction professionally and with care. Your helpfulness will make a positive impact daily.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Engage with Guests: Engage in friendly conversations, make eye contact, and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Efficient Transactions: Scan items, process sales efficiently, and handle monetary transactions carefully.
• Bagging with Care: Bag items thoughtfully to ensure products arrive in good condition.
• Stay Informed: Be aware of promotions and advertisements to assist guests effectively.
• Maintain Order: Keep your register station neat and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Communication: Relay guest requests to leadership to ensure satisfaction.
• Quality Standards: Meet all quality and quantity standards, especially during peak times at 10 am and 5 pm.
• Teamwork: Support team duties as needed.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and provide notice for absences.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage and provide outstanding service.
• Retail Experience: Ability to process transactions accurately and handle cash/media.
• Communication: Effective communication with customers and team members.
• Accuracy: Precise reading, counting, and writing skills.
• Equipment Operation: Ability to operate necessary equipment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Work Schedule

The position offers flexible part-time and full-time options, with schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
