Overview

RollnUp is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will use cash registers, electronic scanners, and other related equipment to conduct monetary transactions with customers. The ideal candidate is dependable and reliable with excellent customer service skills and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Customer service – Greet customers as they enter the location and assist with locating products, answering questions, and resolving complaints as needed.
• Cash handling – Accept payments (cash, checks, and credit/debit cards) and ensure accurate transactions by balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift. Process returns or exchanges according to store policy.

Requirements / Qualifications

• High school diploma required (or equivalent)
• 21 or older
• Check IDs to ensure safe and legal sales of age-restricted products
• Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers, calculators, or scanners
• Strong mathematical skills to make change and process refunds
• Knowledgeable about the company's products, services, and customer-related policies
