Minimum Qualifications:

- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience in a unionized environment.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and chemical handling.
- Certification in occupational safety or related training.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic.
- Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal throughout the facility.
