Executive Assistant High-Level Support in a Collaborative Team
Seabrook, NH - Fully Onsite
Were seeking a polished, adaptable Executive Assistant to join a close-knit support team of five, providing top-tier administrative and personal assistance to an executive. This role offers a unique mix of professional and personal support responsibilities, requiring exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

- Serve as liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and update databases.
- Purchase and track property inventory items, from everyday essentials to specialty items.
- Assist with event coordination, including annual holiday party planning.
- Draft, proof, and manage correspondence.
- Provide backup phone coverage for the executive and team members.
- 35 years experience as an Executive Assistant
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail, memory, and multitasking skills.
- Professional polish with the humility to handle tasks at all levels.
- Resilient, emotionally stable, and able to handle a high-demand role.
- Legal or other high-confidentiality backgrounds a plus.
- Full-time, onsite role in Seabrook, NH.
- Competitive salary $65-70K
