A respected New Hampshire law firm is seeking a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role supports the front office and legal staff with a variety of administrative responsibilities. It’s a great opportunity for someone with prior law office experience who thrives in a team-oriented environment!
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Conduct initial intake from prospective new clients
- Open files and set up new matters in the billing system
- Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering and coordinating lunch for meetings
- Support general office and legal administrative needs as assigned
- Prior experience in a law office or legal administrative setting
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal billing systems a plus
