A rapidly growing investment management firm with $15 billion in assets under management is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their Consumer Team. The firm, established in 2017, employs around 100 professionals, with a focus on a sector-diversified long/short equity strategy.

A rapidly growing investment management firm with $15 billion in assets under management is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their Consumer Team. The firm, established in 2017, employs around 100 professionals, with a focus on a sector-diversified long/short equity strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for investment professionals on the Consumer Team
• Build and maintain relationships with sell side and IR contacts
• Manage corporate access and conference schedules for the Investment Team
• Stay abreast of and market sector-focused opportunities to Analysts
• Manage call schedule for Analysts, including expert network, sell side, post-earnings company call backs, and ad hoc requests
• Handle all administrative activities for the Investment team, including calendar management, travel, and event booking
• Collaborate with the broader Research Assistant team on firmwide initiatives
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a team of investment professionals at an investment management firm
• Proficient in Microsoft suite
  
  

Compensation:

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000, Plus Bonus
