Tremont Credit Union is looking for an Executive Assistant to operate under the direction of the CEO to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects and initiatives. This position also provides support to the Board of Directors and C-suite executives as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to the CEO. This involves drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence, memos, presentations, and reports.
- Help facilitate communication between the CEO, staff, and external parties.
- Assist C-suite with preparation for meetings.
- Act as a key liaison to the Board of Directors. This includes arranging and handling all logistics for board and committee meetings, drafting agendas, compiling and distributing presentation materials, and taking accurate meeting minutes.
- Assist CEO with follow-up on action items and organizational priorities.
- Act as a project manager of audits by communicating with staff and reviewing responses to ensure submissions are complete and timely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous administrative support experience required, preferably in financial services.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and audit logistics.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and make appropriate, informed decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
