Overview
A high-profile CEO is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and personal support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. The position blends traditional executive assistant responsibilities (calendar management, travel coordination, meeting support) with select personal assistant tasks, making flexibility and professionalism essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the CEO, acting as gatekeeper and trusted partner.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate both domestic and international travel.
- Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and ensure timely follow-up on priorities.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure seamless daily operations.
- Support ad hoc projects and special initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual communication tools.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives (CEO experience strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Skilled at juggling priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly professional, polished, and able to represent the CEO with excellence.
