Overview

Executive Assistant (Contract – 12 Months, Possible Extension) – Midtown, NYC (Financial Services). Up to $42.22/hour (W2).

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to multiple senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
  • Contribute to team initiatives, communication efforts, and project support to align our global workforce (~12,000 employees) with organizational priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in executive assistant, administrative support, or team-based project management roles—ideally within a technology or global environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
