Description: Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support the Chief Sustainability Officer and VP of Global Government Affairs & Public Policy. This role manages daily office operations, executive scheduling, travel logistics, event coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while interacting with senior leaders and policymakers.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and flow of information
- Coordinate domestic / international travel and logistics
- Provide office administration, event support, and special projects
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Serve as a professional point of contact for senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven executive-level support experience
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AMEX & Concur
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed
- Professionalism, integrity, and relationship-building skills
Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is between $24.00-$27.00 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
