Executive Assistant to Founder/CEO

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and motivated Executive Assistant for a boutique talent management company to provide high-level support to the Founder/CEO in Los Angeles. This role provides hands-on experience in the fast-paced fashion and entertainment industries, with a focus on talent management across fashion, sports, news, and pop culture. Our client is seeking a curious, hungry, and pro-active self-starter who can hit the ground running and help streamline both business and personal affairs. The ideal candidate is based in Los Angeles, comfortable working independently in a home office setting, and adaptable to a dynamic industry landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and personal support to the CEO, family members, and key stakeholders
  • Provide support on all production and film-project related needs for CEO
  • Manage executive and select clients’ daily calendars, scheduling calls and meetings
  • Oversee email correspondence, expense reporting, invoicing, and tracking payments on behalf of company and its clients
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure contract deliverables are met
  • Conduct industry research to support client projects and career strategies
  • Participate in weekly touch-base meetings with clients and stakeholders
  • Handle office space management, including mail handling, supply replenishment, and event logistics
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks and personal errands as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Mac OS, MS Office, Keynote, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Adobe InDesign and Photoshop skills are a plus, but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 2-4 years prior experience at a Hollywood talent agency, management company, or similar environment
  • Highly organized, motivated, and knowledgeable about industry trends
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Location

Onsite daily, Hollywood Hills. M-F with flexibility as needed.

Salary

$75-95K annual salary, depending on experience
