About the opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a Senior Manager. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support.
This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, giving executive support while engaging with multiple facets of the business to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars for the Senior Manager
- Facilitate travel arrangements, including accommodation and vehicle hire
- Assist in preparing and proofreading documents, presentations, and reports to a high standard
- Coordinate key legal documentation and liaise with stakeholders such as lawyers and solicitors
- Support project administration tasks, including managing project timelines, coordinating with team members, and tracking deliverables
- Provide administrative support such as minute taking, organising events, and managing office supplies
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and workflow
- Monitor expenses and submit expense reports for reconciliation
- Assist with IT assets, office maintenance, and supplier management when needed
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively. You should be a strong communicator, able to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels while maintaining confidentiality.
To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or high-level administration role
- Extensive experience with multi-calendar management
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience supporting senior-level management and handling confidential information
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
