Join our team as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders within Macquarie Capital Principal Finance in our New York office. As an Executive Assistant supporting a dynamic, fast-paced team within Principal Finance, you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, along with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will be responsible for calendar management, expenses, coordination and booking of business travel, both domestic and international, for a team of executives, using Concur. You will also handle document management and other deal-related procedures and tasks. Collaboration with other Executive Assistants and executives across multiple internal and external teams will be key, and you will take a lead role to support its success. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to spearhead ad-hoc projects, including event planning and team engagement activities across a cross-regional, hybrid working environment.
Salary range
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, tenure, market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
