Join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant in our New York office supporting senior leaders in our Client Solutions Group. What role will you play?
You will be responsible primarily for calendar management, expense and invoice processing via Coupa, and travel coordination (both domestic and international) for a team of executives using Concur. You will collaborate with other Executive Assistants and executives across multiple internal teams and support their success. You will also work on various ad-hoc projects, including coordinating team events.
Salary range for this position: $80,000 - $115,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, tenure, market data, performance, sector, and location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive. Further details on benefits are listed below.
What you offer
- Extensive calendar management, including booking meetings, managing conflicts, and reserving rooms/catering
- Booking and confirming complex travel arrangements, producing detailed itineraries, handling flights, hotels, cars, visas
- Processing purchase orders and invoices on Coupa, managing expense claims in Concur, ensuring deadlines are met
- Preparing and coordinating meeting documents, including printing, binding, and scanning
- Providing general administrative support, such as organizing large-scale events
