Overview

Nourish is building an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition that improves outcomes, lowers costs, and helps people live healthier, longer lives. Nourish is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Co-founder/President and CFO. This role is critical to enabling executives to operate at maximum effectiveness by managing calendars, coordinating communications, handling logistics, and serving as a trusted partner on day-to-day priorities. The role reports to the Co-Founder / President and works closely with executives and cross-functional leaders across finance, GTM, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars for the President and CFO, ensuring time is aligned with top priorities.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda setting, preparation of briefing materials, and follow-up tracking.
  • Plan and manage travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-through.
  • Drive operational efficiency by implementing systems and processes for task management, information flow, and organizational alignment.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support preparation for board meetings, investor discussions, and high-stakes external engagements.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to create leverage for the leadership team.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite leaders in fast-paced or high-growth companies.
  • Expertise in time management and calendar prioritization with the ability to juggle competing demands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to represent executives in internal and external interactions.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with productivity tools (Notion, Slack, Todoist, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, dynamic environments with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive financial and strategic information.
  • Positive, professional, and team-first attitude.

Additional Information

Location: New York, NY. This is a full-time role open to remote or in-person candidates in NYC. Compensation range and benefits are provided by Nourish. Please note that you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for this position.
