Position Summary: The Executive Assistant to the President is a critical role responsible for providing comprehensive, high-level administrative, organizational, and project management support directly to the President of Pronghorn. This individual will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring the President’s time is optimized, priorities are managed effectively, and communication flows seamlessly both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized, and exceptionally trustworthy professional with a proven track record of supporting senior executives and managing various projects with precision and discretion.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Acts as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exhibiting professional decorum, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to articulate messages clearly and concisely.
- Drafts, edits, and proofreads high-level correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the President.
- Facilitates effective communication between the President and direct reports, department heads, clients, and partners.
- Exercises sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Organizational & Administrative Acumen:
- Manages complex calendars, schedules meetings (both virtual and in-person), and coordinates travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Anticipates needs and proactively prepares materials for meetings, presentations, and speaking engagements.
- Develops and maintains highly organized filing systems (digital and physical) to ensure quick retrieval of information.
- Manages expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Oversees office supplies and equipment, ensuring the President's office is always well-equipped and functional.
Unwavering Trustworthiness & Discretion:
- Demonstrates absolute integrity and maintains strict confidentiality regarding all business matters, strategic initiatives, and personal information.
- Earns and maintains the President's confidence through consistent reliability, sound judgment, and a professional demeanor.
- Handles sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
Project Management & Initiative:
- Supports the President & Leadership team in managing various projects from inception to completion, including tracking progress, coordinating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assists with research, data gathering, and preparation of reports for strategic initiatives.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the President's office.
- Takes initiative to anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues before they arise.
Technical Proficiency:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite and other relevant business software.
- Comfortable with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and other communication tools.
- Adept at utilizing technology to enhance productivity and organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and executive support experience.
- Minimum of [e.g., 5-7 years] of progressive experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Compensation Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year
(Additional Incentives - Annual Bonus)
