Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and priorities for multiple managers and leadership.
- Coordinate schedules, reporting, and follow-ups across departments.
- Track key initiatives and ensure deadlines are met.
- Draft and refine SOPs, internal documents, and leadership reports.
- Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and vendors.
- Support onboarding, training coordination, and internal events.
- Maintain smooth day-to-day office operations.
What you bring
- 2+ years in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Support role.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; Asana or similar tools a plus.
- Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Experience in home services, construction, or similar industries is a plus.
