Overview
We are seeking an Executive Assistant with excellent organizational skills and a winning attitude. This individual's primary responsibility is to provide a high level of support to the General Manager, including but not limited to assisting with dealership operations, travel and calendar management as well as interviewing and hiring new associates.
This range is provided by Mossy Honda. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range
$19.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
- Promoting an understanding of, and strong commitment to, client satisfaction and to the Mossy Team.
- Process all RDRs.
- Fielding client complaints, ensuring prompt and appropriate action by General Manager or department head.
- Maintaining accuracy and timely completion of Sales Reports for dealership.
- Coordinate all aspects of travel including booking flights, hotels and transportation.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail.
- Ordering, receiving, and distributing order shipments.
- Maintaining operation and repair of office equipment.
- Maintaining postage meter and postage.
- Maintaining sales license cabinet and ensuring licenses are renewed in a timely manner.
- Pre-screening, interviewing, and hiring new associates
- Processing and completing termination paperwork.
- Maintain and approve employee time cards
- Processing workers compensation claims.
- Maintaining and distributing petty cash.
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and excellent judgment.
- Submitting stolen vehicle insurance claims.
- Reconciling and forwarding daily deposits.
- Maintaining and updated the Employee Bulletin Boards within the Dealership.
- Maintaining and updating the dealership phone roster on a regular basis.
- Maintaining and updating the organization charts on a regular basis.
- Regularly evaluating employee performance; identifying deficiencies and using corrective actions, providing training as applicable.
Qualifications
- Leadership abilities and people skills that contribute to effective communication in managerial responsibilities and in creating a positive working environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Shows up to work on time, dressed appropriately and ready to work.
- Organizational and multi-tasking abilities with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
- Interacts effectively with co-workers.
- Follows directions from supervisor.
- Understands and follows posted work rules and procedures and all company policies.
- Accepts constructive criticism with motivation towards improvement in job performance.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A need to see order and accuracy.
- Valid CA driver’s license and good driving record.
