Position: Executive Assistant for Top-Ranking Real Estate Team in TX

This role supports agents by handling back-end and administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on selling real estate. We seek an exceptional candidate willing to go above and beyond, with or without prior real estate experience. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office environment, possess a strong sense of urgency, and enjoy managing checklists and paperwork. They should work well independently and be eager to take on more responsibility and leadership within the team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $40,000-$60,000 depending on experience
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Stipend Benefits Available
  • Bonuses considered after 60 days

Responsibilities

  1. Assist and support the owner in business and personal matters.
  2. Maintain database management systems.
  3. Screen and direct phone calls; handle correspondence.
  4. Schedule meetings and appointments.
  5. Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
  6. Support multiple agents with their needs.
  7. Assist clients to ensure an extraordinary experience.
  8. Manage daily office operations.
  9. Track expenses and create budgets.
  10. Assist with lead management and marketing through social media.
  11. Help clients through the closing process.
  12. Eventually, hire, train, and manage team members.
  13. This person will love checklists and paperwork.

  • College degree and social media experience preferred.
  • Willing to obtain a real estate license (reimbursed).

  • Must have a can-do attitude.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.
