Overview
Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to provide administrative support to multiple executives. The ideal candidate will handle confidential information, manage administrative tasks, and coordinate special projects with a high level of discretion and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to 3-5 local executives.
- Manage executives' calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Assist with monthly billing duties, conflict checks, and engagement letters.
- Mentor junior staff and lead administrative training sessions.
- Coordinate internal and client meetings, special events, and promotional materials.
- Maintain administrative structure for projects and compose routine correspondence.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of directly related experience; professional services experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
