We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and Senior Executive Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of executive priorities by managing complex scheduling, coordinating key initiatives, and driving special projects.

In addition to supporting daily executive operations, the Senior Executive Assistant will serve as the project manager for acquisitions, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and integration activities are closely tracked and aligned with strategic objectives. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to anticipate needs, and a talent for balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bridge strategic vision with day-to-day execution by aligning initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Manage calendars for the CEO and Senior Executive Team, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing high-impact activities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and meeting materials for executive leadership and board meetings.
  • Schedule, take notes, track follow-up items, and ensure accountability on deliverables from executive meetings.
  • Track key initiatives, deadlines, and commitments to ensure executive objectives remain on course.
  • Serve as project manager for acquisitions, coordinating activities across functions, tracking milestones, and ensuring successful execution.
  • Support onboarding of new executives

Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects or cross-functional initiatives, preferably at the executive level.
  • Experience working with a senior leadership team or board of directors.

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from planning through completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle highly confidential information.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
