The Opportunity
This is not your typical volunteer role. We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and mission-driven Executive Assistant to support leadership operations, communications, and strategic initiatives.
While the position itself is unpaid, we believe in rewarding results. For every contract or partnership you help secure for 4T’s, you will receive 5% of the revenue generated from that contract. This means you’ll gain hands-on experience, contribute to a powerful mission, and benefit directly from the success you help create.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and communications.
- Assist in drafting proposals, partnership outreach materials, and follow-up correspondence.
- Research partnership opportunities, grants, and sponsorship leads.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and progress on strategic initiatives.
- Support leadership in event planning, presentations, and community engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership contacts and outcomes.
What’s In It for You
- Performance Incentives: Earn 5% of revenue from every contract you help secure.
- Professional Growth: Gain executive-level experience in administration, fundraising, and strategic planning.
- Networking: Build relationships with leaders in education, nonprofits, and the business community.
- Impact: Play a vital role in expanding programs that transform students’ lives.
Who We’re Looking For
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Experience in administration, project coordination, or fundraising is a plus (but not required).
