Vital Link is a Aerospace Manufacturing company located in Sealy, Texas. They are looking for an experienced welder for their shop. The shop is covered but is open air. No central air or heat. Vital Link offers a fast paced work environment with opportunity to advance due to work performance.

Responsibilities

Perform welding work in the shop as required. Read and interpret fabrication drawings and travelers. Operate welding equipment in accordance with welding procedures used at Vital Link. Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified AWS welder for structural steel.
• Ability to read and interpret welding requirements on fabrication drawings and specifications.
• Must be able to perform welding processes used at Vital Link and lift moderate to heavy loads.
• General knowledge of sheet metal and structural fabrication, and the operation of welders and hand tools.
• Experience with MIG and Flux Core welding.
• Experience working with structural steel and sheet metal.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
