Property Management Specialist Job at Matura Farrington in San Carlos

We’re seeking a proactive and service-oriented Commercial Property Manager Specialist to support the daily operations of a commercial property and serve as the primary point of contact for tenants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to grow within the commercial real estate industry. You’ll play a key role in ensuring tenant satisfaction, coordinating events and communications, and property management functions.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for tenants.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and tenant requests.
• Manage contact lists and tenant communications.
• Support move-ins/outs, including signage and access setup.
• Organize tenant appreciation events.
• Oversee conference room scheduling and A/V support.
• Assist with rent statements and billing accuracy.
• Act as emergency administrator and manage defibrillator agreements.
• Support engineering team with access and facility requests.
• Help with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Interest in commercial real estate.
• Experience in property management or billing systems is a plus.
