Overview
Accounting Manager. Are you looking for a wonderful organization with good stability and good benefits? Salary range provided: Pay: 100k-120k. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter to learn more.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Duties: Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Accounting Duties: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Accounting Duties: Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Accounting Duties: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Accounting Duties: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Administrative Support Duties: Support CEO with meeting preparation, administrative tasks, supporting team
- Administrative Support Duties: Serve as the primary coordinator and point of contact between the family office and family members
- Administrative Support Duties: Coordinate internal communications and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO
- Administrative Support Duties: Handle confidential information with discretion
- Administrative Support Duties: Support special projects and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a small business setting
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
