Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Position Title: HR Admin - LOA Support

Pay: $25-28/hour

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30-5:00pm

This temporary HR role focuses on managing Leave of Absence (LOA) processes within a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly accurate, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and track LOA requests and documentation
  • Communicate with employees and managers regarding leave policies and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and support HR reporting
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions during employee leaves

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in HR, LOA management of at least 2 years
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
