Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Rutherford County | 7:30am–4:00pm (flexible within 7–5)

Temporary to Hire

We’re looking for an Accounting Manager to join a collaborative, close-knit team. In this temp-to-hire role you will be able to add value by improving processes, cross-train, and have the chance to work in a supportive, family-style environment.

Key Responsibilities Of The Accounting Manager

• Prepare accurate financial reports in compliance with GAAP
• Manage AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Oversee month-end and year-end close, including variance analysis and reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax filings
• Analyze costs and recommend savings opportunities
• Maintain ERP data accuracy (Infor migration underway)
• Drive or support special projects and process improvements
  
  

Qualifications For The Accounting Manager

• Atleast 1-2 years experience as an Accounting Manager
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA license a big plus
• Strong GAAP knowledge and SOX compliance
• Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Sumif, Hlookups—no macros)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in process improvement
• Comfortable moving from manual to automated processes
