Accounting Manager
Our client seeks a hands-on Accounting Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver and thoughtful people manager with a strong understanding of GAAP accounting.

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, and AP, AR.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Support inventory valuation and cost accounting in collaboration with finance and operations.
• Supervise, mentor, and train a team of 2-4 direct reports.
• Coordinate audit efforts, tax compliance, and adherence to accounting standards.

Accounting Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.
• At least 7 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years of supervisory/leadership responsibility.
• Familiarity with manufacturing accounting; experience with cost accounting and inventory preferred.
• Proficiency with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $100K-$120K (DOE) + Bonus
