CV Resources has partnered with our client in Laguna Hills in search for an Accounting Manager to lead their accounting operations.

Manage all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, and GL
Prepare and enter monthly journal entries and accruals
Prepare and present timely monthly financial statements and risk analysis
All account reconciliations
Develop and maintain accounting guidelines, policies, and procedures for budget accounting, financial planning, and cash/credit management
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards
Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Be the liaison to external financial groups such as auditors, tax preparers, bankers, and other financial professionals
Ad hoc reporting as needed by senior management and company stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
QuickBooks (advanced user)
7+ years of prior accounting experience with at least 3.5 years in a senior accountant or higher role
Exposure to internal controls work
Strong organization skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work cross-functionally at a high level
