Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities Of The Accounting Manager

  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including AP/AR and staff accountants
  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure timely month-end and year-end closes
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements and internal reporting packages

What We're Looking for in an Accounting Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA a plus)
  • Experience: 5+ years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Location & Compensation:

  • Location: On-site - Akron, Ohio (Monday through Friday)
  • Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 depending on experience
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including healthcare and retirement, bonus eligibility
