Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor reporting processes
• Manage daily and monthly cash and treasury operations across multiple funds
• Work closely with internal investment teams to support deal execution and ongoing portfolio activity
• Coordinate with third-party administrators and auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Review and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Support internal process improvements and system enhancements
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and contribute to special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of accounting experience within public accounting, alternative investments, or fund administration
• CPA required
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and fund structures
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting/reporting tools
• Familiarity with private equity, credit, structured products, and Advent Geneva strongly preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
