Overview

S+H Search has partnered with a PE-owned manufacturing client to fill an Accounting Manager role (Treasury and Accounts Payable). This role is hybrid and in-office two days a week.

The Treasury and Accounts Payable Manager is a critical position responsible for managing the company’s liquidity, funding, and cash management functions, as well as overseeing the end-to-end vendor payment process to ensure all disbursements are made in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner. This role provides leadership to the Accounts Payable team, maintains strong internal controls, drives continuous process improvement, and partners closely with Procurement, Finance and Accounting to support operational and financial objectives.

Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead liquidity, funding, and cash management activities; oversee end-to-end vendor payment processes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant disbursements.
• Provide leadership to the Accounts Payable team; maintain strong internal controls and drive process improvement.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Accounting to support operational and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or Corporate Finance, with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience in mid-sized manufacturing, distribution, or related industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of treasury and accounts payable processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with automation tools a plus).
