Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant, CPA. In this role, you will manage financial accounting processes, oversee monthly and year-end reports, perform complex reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will also support budgeting, accounts receivable/payable, and maintain internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and support documentation.
• Lead annual budget preparation and perform budget-to-actual variance analysis.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Supervise accounting operations including journal entries and fixed asset schedules.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP principles.
• Manage audit schedules and support external audits.
• Enforce internal controls to protect assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sr. Accountant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills with attention to detail.
• Must pass a nationwide background check and drug screen.
