Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day accounting functions and support reliable financial reporting. With a direct path to becoming a Controller, the Accounting Manager will play a key role in supervising core accounting activities, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring that financial operations run smoothly and accurately.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the righthand to the CFO, managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Supervise and support accounting staff, providing training, feedback, and development opportunities
- Assist with the monthly close process and preparation of financial statements for multiple US locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile accounts, review journal entries, and monitor key balance sheet and P&L items
- Maintain internal controls and help ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and accounting standards
- Support audits and collaborate with external partners on requests and reconciliations
- Ensure effective use and optimization of ERP system for accounting operations, reporting, and process improvements
- Manage revenue recognition and reporting across multiple U.S.-based locations, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Provide reporting and analysis to leadership to aid decision-making
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with month-end close processes
- Experience with multi-entity or multi-location accounting, including revenue recognition
- Tech-savvy. Solid Excel skills; experience with MS Power BI is a plus
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Willingness to work fully on-site
