Our client is a growing, well-established company and they are seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. This individual will oversee accounts payable operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities For Accounting Manager

  • Lead the day-to-day AP operations across multiple business entities
  • Oversee invoice processing, approvals, vendor management, and payment runs
  • Develop and implement process improvements for AP efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, vendors, and auditors
  • Mentor and supervise 1 team member, providing training and leadership

Qualification For Accounting Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong multi-entity accounts payable experience – this is a must-have
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in an AP setting
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and AP best practices
