A well-established construction company in Mt. Kisco, NY is seeking an experienced and hands-on Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role and make an impact in a dynamic, growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and job costing
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and project cost reports
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and financial policies
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking institutions
• Supervise and mentor a small accounting team
• Collaborate with project managers on budgets, forecasts, and job performance
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Construction industry experience required
• Proficient in accounting software
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
