Accounting Manager - Hybrid in Dallas ($110K-$130K plus bonus)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a large, publicly traded company to hire an experienced Accounting Manager.This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where collaboration and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach are key. The Accounting Manager will focus on payroll, benefits, and intercompany allocations while also playing an important role in an Oracle system conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll, benefits, and intercompany accounting, including allocations and reconciliations.
  • Oversee month-end close and prepare/review journal entries and financial reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, contributing to a culture of teamwork and process improvement.
  • Lead and develop accounting staff while supporting system and process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls; support audits and tax filings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting required; CPA a plus.
  • 4+ years of corporate accounting experience required.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Payroll/benefits accounting experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge; Oracle experience a plus.
