About The Company Our client is a real estate finance and investment company that focuses on affordable multifamily housing. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the financial management function at the firm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for joint venture partners
• Prepare consolidating trial balance
• Prepare GAAP financial statements and related footnotes
• Work closely with external auditors for timely completion of audited financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4-5 years of accounting experience with a public accounting background
• CPA required
• Experience creating financial statements
• Proficient in Excel

Salary Range

$90,000-$130,000
