Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts receivable
• Follow up with vendors on outstanding balances and rectify payment discrepancies
• Inventory reconciliations
• Prepare ad hoc reports and assist with financial analysis as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and recommend solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Bachelors preferred
• 1+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas) etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Salary range: $70,000.00-$78,000.00
