Position Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager at 2BFueled LLC in downtown San Diego, CA. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing financial statements, performing analytical tasks, handling journal entries, and overseeing financial operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
• Manage the general accounting functions and daily transactions including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, purchase orders, notes receivable and banking.
• Manage general ledger functions and month-end closing processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Maintain financial record keeping and reporting systems in accordance with GAAP.
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and follow up with delinquent accounts receivable.
• Align financial strategies with company goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reduce costs, and better company performance.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 5+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Financial Statements, Analytical Skills, and Journal Entries (Accounting).
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to adapt to change.
