Base pay range

Compensation: $27/hour or ~ $55,000 annually

Location: Onsite | West Hartford, CT

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Accounts Payable functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Help manage billing cycles and process customer invoicing accurately
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and statements
• Jump in where needed to support the broader Accounting and Finance teams
• Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve issues and build strong relationships

Who You Are

• Degree in Accounting or Finance (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting, billing, or data entry
• Comfortable with Excel and eager to learn new systems and tools
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• A positive communicator with integrity, curiosity, and a desire to grow
